REQUESTS:
BUYER’S PROCEDURES
Buyer issues ICPO with full bank details to the Seller;
Seller issues draft contract to the Buyer. Buyer reviews and redlines draft contract. Seller & Buyer sign and seal the contract;
Seller issue the below documents to Buyer:
a) Allocation confirmation Letter - Referring to the contract;
b) Refinery Commitment to supply - Referring to the contract;
c) Refinery Statement of availability of the product - Referring to the contract;
d) Tank Storage Receipt for the liftable quantity; (Priority)
e) Copy of Fresh SGS report; (Priority)
f) Commercial Invoice;
g) DTA / ATB Priority
Buyer issues Proof of Funds MT799 or MT199.
Buyer Performs DIP, accepts Q&Q during loading at the loading Port, and executes Full Value of Commercial Invoice as per quantity loaded within Twenty Four (24) banking hours upon justification of Dip Test Analysis and prior completion of loading and transfer of Title, via MT103 SWIFT wire transfer to designated account of the seller;
Buyer Vessel sail to discharge port;
For the subsequent 11-Months deliveries, Buyer issues Irrevocable SBLC of one month shipment value rollover for One Year One Month to secure and Guarantee the payment of the monthly “SPOT” cargo.
Seller provides Allocation in the name of the Buyer and POP which consists of Proof of Title and Cargo Readiness.
Buyer repeats step “5” until the whole quantity is consummated.
